What is an InterGenerational class? The same fun Feelings Rock Music & Movement class with the added bonus of some extra special guests who want to Learn, Move, Grow & Rock right along with us! This special class will allow our Little friends & Senior Friends a chance to form connections, a greater sense of respect & compassion through Music & Movement. All while improving physical, mental & cognitive health for all ages! (According to The National Resource center for Engaging older adults.) See you on May 13th at 10am!
